Spiritual Emphasis Week

This week while we were sitting in Earth and Space Science class, we saw a dust devil. It was about 15-30 meters tall is what our science teacher said. She told us about when she stepped into one, she came out covered in dust and was filthy. The heat this week was in the mid 30's C and when we walked outside yesterday to test out our homemade telescopes the heat took the breath out of me, thank goodness for wind. Our teacher has been talking about how the weather has affected us this month. We have had less than 2.5 centimeters of rain. It is really dry and everyone has been praying for rain.
